Curiosity Bookshop Under New Management PDF Print E-mail

At last, news on the bookshop front!

The baton has finally been passed so to speak and Curiosity Bookshop/collectablebooks.com.au has a new proprietor, meet Ilona Rhys.

Many western suburbs book lovers will already know Ilona as the face of Plato's wonderful Bookshop in Sunshine from where she's been known to traipse to other bookstores in search of titles for her customers. With her passion for books and in particular their availability in Melbourne's Western Suburbs, she was the obvious inheritor for our quality collection and web resources. Excitingly Ilona herself has a large collection of rare and interesting books, which she intends to list so stay tuned.

DLO Solutions will still be providing web support (big thanks to David Lopez for the last few years) so all remains steady on that front. Apologies for any lack of interactivity over these past few months as I've been very busy with my work at Second Bite (a food rescue charity organisation Volunteer! Donate!)

Thanks for all of your support these last ten years, from my family and myself and I hope that you show the same support to Ilona.

*Special acknowledgment to Bernard McKay.
