Celebrating 40 years of the Man Booker Prize in 2008.

2008 sees the 40th anniversary of the Booker Prize (now the Man Booker Prize) for Fiction, the most important literary prize in the English speaking world.

As part of the 40th anniversary celebrations the Man Booker Prize website will feature a range of articles, interviews and news stories and we are planning a range of events and initiatives throughout the year including an online campaign involving the reading public.

The Man Booker Prize also has a new brand for 2008 that will carry it forward into the next forty years. See it here first on the new look website.
