He is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he has also taught science on the undergraduate and graduate levels. During the past fifteen years, Mr. Gastelu has developed personal-care products and dietary supplements designed to improve athletic performance. Presently, he is serving as the director of the Nutritional Sciences Department for the International Sports Sciences Association. He and his family reside in northern New Jersey. Fred Hatfield, Ph.D, is a graduate of Temple University. He has specialized in sports nutrition and fitness for over thirty years, and is co-founder and president of the International Sports Sciences Association. He is a world-champion power lifter, and has trained hundreds of professional and elite athletes and their trainers. In addition to teaching at the University of Wisconsin, University of Illinois, and Temple University, Dr. Hatfield has developed numerous athletic-performance products.
